“I rented a heavy lens, and needed a full size monopod (I have one that would probably work for someone 5'). This is no doubt sturdy. There was another option in the store that was carbon fiber, but like $200. In hindsight, I probably would have gotten that, or looked online for a carbon one. This is nice, but awful heavy. Didn't think that would matter as much as it did after a day of walking around with a 400mm lens and this stick.”
