How fast do you ship?

UPS Ground - Shipping depends on location plus 1 business day processing time
UPS 3 Day Select - Takes 3 Days plus 1 business day processing time
UPS 2nd Day Air - Takes 2 Days plus 1 business day processing time
UPS Next Day Air - Takes 1 Day (AM shipping) plus 1 business day processing time
UPS Next Day Air Saver - Takes 1 Day (PM shipping) plus 1 business day processing time

How does FREE shipping work?

For orders that qualify, FREE Expedited Shipping is available. Orders must be over $49.00 (excluding any discounts, tax and shipping costs) are have a shipping address within the contiguous 48 United States. FREE Shipping is not applicable for any international orders. More information about our international shipping policies can be obtained in our help center.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Free shipping is available on all items over $49. If your order is less than $49 or you need expedited shipping, the shipping charges are displayed in the shopping cart.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship internationally, however, we can only accept verified funds, i.e., Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Please contact us either by email or telephone if you live outside of the US and want to place an order.

What locations do you deliver to?

We deliver to all 50 U.S. States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Can I expedite shipping?

Expedited shipping is available at additional cost, based on item availability. Orders for in-stock items placed Monday – Friday before 4:30 PM EST (Eastern Time) will go out the same day.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military APO?

Shipments can be sent to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow 4-6 weeks for orders shipped to military APO/FPO addresses.

Can I buy online and pick up in store?

We treat it on a case by case basis. We will ask for a government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, etc) of the person picking up the merchandise.

Ship Address Correction Policy

We will charge a $10 Address Correction fee to any order that UPS charges us as an incorrect, mis-typed, or incomplete address, i.e., shipping to an apartment/suite and not providing an apartment/suite number. This fee will be charged to the payment source of the order.

International Duties, Taxes, Fees

International customers are responsible for all custom charges, including taxes, duties, brokerage fees or handling charges. Your local Post Office and/or government should be able to help with these charges.

Are signatures required?

A signature is required when the package is delivered (on all packages of greater than $100 in value), to ensure security and to prevent theft.

Alternate Shipping Address Policy

You may ship to an address other than your billing address, only if you have the shipping address listed as a "verified" alternate shipping address with your credit card company. You may experience delays otherwise. On orders over $2000 we ship orders only to the billing address of the credit card.
