No. You can checkout using "Guest Checkout" and then establish an email / password for that order afterward or creating an account. By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Customers with registered accounts will also be able to use store credits online and be eligible for our rewards / loyalty program.

If you prefer not to register, you can opt to check out as a Guest. Guest check out means that you will not be able to access your account on line. We will email you with status updates and tracking information, but you will not be able to check details, nor will you be able to access previous orders with us on the website.

If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account minus a 15% restocking fee. Please never request a cancel order via Email as we may not receive it in time.

If everything in your order is in stock, we ship within 1-2 business days. If it is a special order or backordered, shipping times will vary, please allow 7-21 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will be able to track it and see if delivery attempts have been made. Please make sure to check the order tracking page when your order ships to see if the package made it to your address.
