The Nikon EN-EL25a is a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for select Nikon mirrorless cameras. Rated at 7.6V / 1250 mAh, it offers 10% more capacity than the older EN-EL25.
Charge the battery with the MH-32 battery charger or leave it in a compatible camera for charging. In-camera charging uses the EH-73P with the Z 50, or the EH-7P charging AC adapter with the Z 30 or Z fc.
- Update the compatible camera to its latest firmware before using the EN-EL25a. Nikon lists these āCā firmware requirements:
- Z fc: version 1.50 or later.
- Z 50: version 2.50 or later.
- Z 30: version 1.10 or later.
