Utilize Panasonic's eneloop pro High Capacity Power Pack, which includes their 4-bay BQ-CC17 charger and 8x AA and 2x AAA NiMH batteries, to power a variety of equipment, including digital cameras and game consoles. The capacity of an AA battery is 2550mAh, compared to a AAA battery's 950mAh. Each cell has been fully charged and provides 1.2V of output power. The batteries will still hold up to 85% of their charge after a year in storage because of their extremely low self-discharge rate. Additionally, they can be refilled up to 500 times.
To avoid overcharging, the BQ-CC17 Charger has an automatic shut-off mechanism that engages once the batteries have been fully recharged. It has a retractable, 2-prong North American plug for an outlet and may be used anywhere that has 100-240 VAC electricity.
