“Rented 2 lights, a camera, and a tripod. Everything is nicely packaged to make transport as easy as possible - I very much appreciated that. I was walked through everything that was included in each rental.
Camera and tripod worked fine, and very happy with these rentals.
One of the light's power banks, however, did not work at all, making one of the lights completely useless. On top of that, one of the lights temperature control was essentially busted, so even if the power bank did work it would be stuck at one temperature.
Luckily I tested all the equipment the night before the shoot so I was prepared during the shoot, but what you want in a rental is for everything to work seamlessly. They gave my money back without hesitation for the lights and apologized.”
