The FJ400 Strobe 1-Light Backpack Kit with FJ-X3m Universal Wireless Trigger from Westcott is a complete set that includes the fixture and add-ons so you can maximise its potential. The kit includes a Rapid Box Octa-S and insert, the FJ400 Strobe with battery, a diffusing dome, an AC adapter and cord, a magnetic reflector, a set of magnetic gels, a FJ-X3m flash trigger, and a magnetic gel kit. To transport everything, a Lite Traveler Backpack is included.
The lithium-ion replaceable, rechargeable battery in the FJ400 Strobe allows for 480 full-power flashes on a two-hour charge. It also offers power and quick reaction. The FJ400 recycles in under 0.5 to 0.9 seconds and offers a nine-stop power range in 0.1 stop increments. It can shoot at 20 frames per second, has a 1/19,000 peak action-stopping flash duration in Freeze Mode, and supports front and rear curtain sync in addition to High Speed Sync up to 1/8000 second.
The TTL option on the FJ400 is one of its intriguing features. With a FJ-X3m trigger, the flash's integrated 2.4 GHz receiver, which has 16 channels and 32 groups, can receive TTL signals from Canon, Nikon, Sony (with an adaptor), FUJIFILM, Panasonic Lumix, and Olympus cameras up to 985' away. The flash contains a 5/8" receiver for mounting on commercially available light stands and a USB-C connector for firmware upgrades on Windows and Mac computers.
